Building an identity for employee experiences.
As part of the core organising committee, I worked with management and creative partners to shape ideas, develop creatives and bring employee experiences to life across multiple events.

From individual events to one identity.
In 2025, I was part of the core organising committee for the Employee Experience program. Across the year we brainstormed ideas with management and creative partners, developed the creative direction and supported the execution.

- 05Annual Finale
For production, our team prepared creatives for print, LED screens and other event requirements.
Making the experience recognisable.
Each event had a different purpose. We wanted to create something that could connect them.
Build a visual identity that employees could recognise across the Employee Experience program. This led to the creation of a mascot.
Giving the program a face.
We created a mascot to represent the Employee Experience program, designed to be flexible across different events, creatives and formats. It later became a brand representative for the program.

Bringing the identity to every event.

DEE Launch
Creative support for the launch experience, from ideas to event-ready visuals.

LCA — Lights Camera Action
Developing event creatives and visual communication for the experience.

CSR Program
Creating visual communication that supported the program and employee participation.

Mumo
Supporting the event with creative ideas and execution-ready visuals.
The finale brought everything together.
The Annual Finale became the strongest expression of the Employee Experience identity.
From idea to event.
We worked with management and creative partners to develop the ideas, refine the visuals and prepare the final creatives for execution.

From events to an identity.
What started as a mascot for the Employee Experience program evolved into a recognisable visual identity used across events and creative touchpoints.

What I learned
An employee experience becomes stronger when people can recognise and connect with it.
A mascot can become more than a graphic when it is designed as a flexible brand character.
Good event creative is not just about individual visuals. It is about creating one connected experience.
From a mascot to an experience.
An employee experience identity brought to life through branding, events, visuals and motion.
