Agritech • Event Experience • Creative Leadership

Designing the experience from the first plan to the final frame.

Leading the creative and visual experience for an Agritech industry event — from floor planning and stakeholder alignment to interactive kiosks, LED visuals and live event execution.

The story

Starting before the event had a shape.

I was involved from the early planning stage, working with stakeholders to understand the event vision and translate it into a physical and visual experience.

  2. Floor plan
  3. Creative direction
  4. Content
  5. Interactive experiences
  6. LED visuals
  7. Live execution

The challenge was to make every part of the event feel connected — from where people entered to what they saw, explored and experienced on stage.

Alignment

Turning different expectations into one direction.

I worked closely with stakeholders to understand the event objectives, align expectations and communicate how the creative experience would come together.

Floor plan

Designing the experience before designing the visuals.

The floor plan became the foundation for the experience. It helped define how attendees would move through the event and where each experience would happen.

Every visual decision started with understanding the space and the event flow.

Visual communication

Building one visual language across the event.

I translated the event direction into a consistent visual language across print, physical branding and digital screens.

Interaction

Turning Agritech capabilities into interactive experiences.

To make the Agritech capabilities easier to explore, I designed two interactive kiosks that allowed visitors to engage with the content rather than simply read about it.

Kiosk 01

Agritech capability explored through interactive content.

Kiosk 02

Agritech capability experienced instead of read.

Interactive content turned capability storytelling into an experience.

Visual system

Designing visuals around the event flow.

The LED content was not treated as a collection of standalone screens. Visuals were planned around the event agenda, stage activity and transitions.

Live execution

From design files to live execution.

On event day, I acted as the VJ Console SPOC, coordinating the visual sequence with the event director and ensuring the right content appeared at the right moment.

Live event design is different from static design. Timing becomes part of the experience.

Key challenge

The real challenge was coordination.

Multiple teams, multiple content requirements and a live event timeline meant that creative decisions had to work within real execution constraints.

↓ Live experience

My role was to keep the visual experience aligned while the event itself was constantly moving.

Contribution

My role

I worked across planning, creative development, technology and live execution to keep the experience connected from beginning to end.

  • Floor planning
  • Stakeholder alignment
  • Creative communication
  • Event branding
  • Posters & collateral
  • Interactive kiosks
  • LED visuals
  • VJ Console SPOC
  • Event day execution
Outcome

Designed as one connected experience.

Clear direction

Aligned stakeholder vision with the creative experience.

Connected branding

Created a consistent visual language across event touchpoints.

Interactive storytelling

Used three kiosks to make Agritech capabilities more engaging.

Live visual control

Aligned LED content with the event flow and stage direction.

Learning

What this experience taught me

  • Event design starts long before the event day.
  • A strong floor plan can shape the entire experience.
  • Visuals need to follow the event story, not exist separately from it.
  • Live execution requires design thinking, communication and quick decisions.
